Brett received his Bachelor of Science and a Minor in Paralegal Studies in 1992 from James Madison University.  He went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law (William & Mary) in 1995. When not helping clients solve financial stress, he enjoys playing music, camping, and spending time with his family.  He also volunteers by serving on the Board of Trustees of the Virginia Holocaust Museum.
